Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we do not accept returns for sanitary reasons. However, we guarantee our products 100%, so if there is a quality control issue or our products do not uphold our standards, we will make it right or your money back!

• Did you receive the correct products?
• If not, what did you receive?

We do our best to properly package your orders in anticipation for their safe arrival to you. Although we understand things can happen during shipping, unfortunately we assume no responsibility for any products that may have been compromised due to unethical handling by the courier.
However, we strive for customer satisfaction. In the event that your products arrive damaged or unusable, we will help you with a new order! Simply file a damaged package claim with the responsible courier and E-mail us the following:
• The name of the carrier service (ie. UPS, USPS, etc.)
• The reference number for the damaged package claim (claim #)
• Your original order number
• Pictures of your damaged products
Upon receipt of the required information, we will send you a 25% off coupon towards your new order!
