Our products are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We have a wide range of products that cater to different skin concerns for people of all genders, ages, and colors.

Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We believe in using only the best ingredients that are gentle on both your skin and the environment.

Well...nothing lasts forever. But the natural composition of our products makes them more likely to lose potency, as opposed to going rancid.   However, we strive for longevity both in our products AND our customer satisfaction, which is why many of our products contain an all natural preservatives to ensure freshness, safety, efficacy, and, most importantly, your trust!

Results vary from person to person. But with consistent daily use, skin improvement has been noted within as little as one week's time. Although results have be seen quickly, realistically anything natural can take a minimum of a few weeks to one month to experience a noticable difference. 

This is neither a race nor a process to be rushed. Therefore, please be patient with your skin. 

Results vary based on many factors so we recommend taking before and after photos for the best visual representation of your journey. But we whole heartedly stand by our QUALITY which is why we have a "100% Guarantee" specifically on our products, rather than your individual results.  

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our finished products, we will remake 100% of your most recent order or give 100% of your money back (less taxes and S&H). That's our "100% Guarantee".

Shipping times are between 3-10 business days depending on the destination & the shipping option selected at checkout. 

Shipping time does not include processing time. Completed orders are processed within 3-5 days. 

From the time an order is placed, it's expected to be delivered within a total of no more than 15 days.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to sanitary reasons. Majority of our products are meant to come in direct contact with your skin & body, which is why we are unable to accept any returns.

However, your skin & satisfaction are our top priorities, and we take them very seriously.  If there is any issue regarding the quality of your order, please use our Contact Form below to reach us outlining your concern.
